Ideagen Validation services are offered by our partner, CompliancePath, an end-to-end health and life science compliance services provider. Any of our Q-Pulse customers requiring validation can request this and receive independent assurance that your software is validated for its intended use.

Get the most out of Q-Pulse
The CompliancePath and Ideagen Validation services package provides independent assurance of your Q-Pulse system, ensuring it does the right things in the right way. An independent 3rd party validating our software is the most effective way of assuring that it’s fit for purpose as you’ll receive a non-biased analysis. It will ensure that you are compliant with standards and regulations which require validation.
Our validation service provided by CompliancePath cuts down what would be months of focus-intensive work to 25 days if all Q-Pulse modules are in scope. Having an external party come in to validate Q-Pulse once it’s been configured to your organisation’s processes saves a considerable amount of internal resources and dedicated time.
Phase one of the Validation service will provide you with documentation which communicates what Q-Pulse does, the relevant use cases and how it performs specific actions. It gives a breakdown of the software module by module to test all the core functionality. During phase two, CompliancePath will validate Q-Pulse to clarify how it works within your individual environment after being configured in the way your organisation wants it to be.
CompliancePath will always maintain the validation pack to the current version of Q-Pulse, updating your validation documents when a new version of the software is released. These bridging documents will give assurance that all new functionality has been independently and thoroughly tested.
