Learners
The Academy provides your users with the knowledge and skills they need to improve their productivity and performance, both with Q-Pulse and other training specific to your organisation.
Ideal for training new employees AND refresher training for existing staff, the Academy is available 24/7 on desktop, laptop or tablet.
Administrators
Administrators ensure that your staff are fully trained and competent. They can add courses, renewable certificates and learners into Academy, and then assign training and monitor progress with sleek and intuitive reporting dashboards.
Administrators can configure the system to suit your organisation’s needs, including customising notifications and branding. They can also create branches and groups that let you mirror the structure of your organisation and expedite the roll-out of training to large groups of learners.
