The Reporting modules are optimised for web reporting, giving you easy access to Q-Pulse on the go from the mobile app or your web browser. This means you can report safety and quality events right there and then, saving you time and hassle while improving your risk management and compliance. The overall result is a clearer picture of business processes.
When you raise a CA/PA within Q-Pulse, the Reporting modules allow you to customise the fields and also enables the replication of paper-based forms. This gives you much more control over your reporting, improving the accuracy of data input and triggering workflow actions that are specific to your own processes.
The functionality available in the Reporting modules, including unlimited custom fields and being able to digitise paper-based records, means that processing incidents only needs to take a couple of hours, instead of days. This frees up time and resources to focus on completing important actions.
