What’s New in Pentana Audit 5.3

Pentana Audit v5.3 is an enhanced update designed to improve performance and usability of the software. Several new additions and improvements have been introduced to increase visibility and boost productivity, as well as make Pentana a more secure environment for your audit work. Additionally, slight adjustments to the user interface have made the software more intuitive to use, and will save you valuable working hours per audit. The major updates are:

• New dashboard customisation: Users can now create and share their own Dashboard Chart Tiles which can display any data previously available on the Analysis screen.
• Improved reporting features: You can now produce even more powerful reports displaying the relationships between many different pieces of vital information. For example, you can now analyse the Risk Exposure in each Risk Category across each Key Issue.
• Streamlined navigational processes: Completed tests can be fully undone with one click, allowing for quicker editing. The filter bar has been refined, and the addition of a new right-click menu on the Spine makes it easier to open the same audit in a second tab.
• Increased security: Heightened security measures such as additional password rules, increased admin oversight for failed login attempts and logging of the App Manager Version when upgrades or customisations are run. “Single Sign On” available for hosted clients and Web UI users.
• New telemetry dashboard: Provides you with a greater depth of knowledge about your server, so that you can see in real time exactly what may be causing any performance issues.
