New key features in v6.5

PleaseReview v6.5 update with key features such as Review Cloning, Template Creation and Management, Workgroup Management and Log File Management.

This latest release is now available for all existing customers. Key features of this release are listed below:

Review Cloning

Users will now be able to clone an already created review with a couple of clicks. The cloned review will create a new review and automatically replicate the set-up of the review which was cloned. This will include review set-up, participants and documents. It will also carry across accepted changes from the cloned review.

Template Creation and Management

As well as cloning reviews, users will now also be able to create template review set-ups which they can either use themselves or share for use across their workgroup. If shared other users will be able to quickly kick off a new review from a pre-built template. The new review will carry over set-up, participants and documents and Word documents will also include any accepted changes.

Workgroup Management

System administrators will now be able to easily move workgroups from one parent to another. We hope this should allow system admins to more easily maintain their environment to manage organisational or operational structure without any manual processes.

Log File Management

We have now added a simple way for system admins to view, download or delete log files. Again, we hope this will help system admins maintain their environments and more easily diagnose any issues.
