Ideagen is delighted to deliver to you the latest innovations in order to enhance your overall Ideagen PleaseReview experience.
What is New?
- Repeating Content Controls
Enhancements within Ideagen PleaseReview will now provide better support for users reviewing documents in addition to enhancing the overall user experience.
The changes include the ability for reviewers to comment and edit on Repeating Content Controls in Ideagen PleaseReview. Authors no longer have to copy content between repeated content controls manually. Let PleaseReview replicate the content into any similarly named control and do the work for you.
Additionally, we have also introduced new ‘Configuration Settings’ and ‘Show Control History’ capabilities, which have been specifically designed to improve the handling of Repeating Content Controls and deliver an enhanced user experience.
- Enhancing Veeva Vault integration
Our latest innovation is designed to simplify your workflow, boost productivity and your overall experience. As a review owner within the Veeva Vault centric integration, you can now close a review, even if reviewers have not completed it, and cancel active workflow tasks when finishing a review action, eliminating the need for manual task cancellation.
This improvement will provide more flexibility and control for the review owner during the review process, enabling seamless collaboration and an improved user experience.
- Enhancing System for Cross-Domain Identity Management
We have improved our System for Cross-Domain Identity Management, enhancing its ability to efficiently synchronise users into PleaseReview.
To ensure streamlined and efficient user identity management that saves time and boosts productivity, PleaseReview 7.5.0 introduces a new capability that automates workflows and reduces manual tasks within the platform.
This enhancement seamlessly integrates with Azure AD and Okta, both widely used identity management systems.
