Better document control with v6.6

We are happy to announce that the latest version of PleaseReview has been released. Version 6.6 brings additional data capturing and reporting capabilities and a whole new author role. Document owners will now maintain even greater control of the close out process in their reviews.

Review Metrics

Our plan is to improve the capture and reporting function within PleaseReview to enhance our metrics functionality. We’ve brought out the first part in the series of these improvements with v6.6 so you can experience a new level of data capture within the review stage.

Time Stamps in Report

A much-requested enhancement, we are adding some additional time stamps to the reconciliation report to improve the traceability and auditability of your review processes.

New ‘Close Only’ Role

After working closely with our customers, we have developed a new role which is available via configuration called ‘Close Only’. This author role will have some familiar functionality but it’s slightly more restricted in comparison to the full author role. We hope it will help our customers close out their reviews more efficiently and with greater control.

We’ve made some other minor enhancements too in response to what our customers required to improve the review functionality.
