Acquisition of Morgan Kai by Ideagen

We are delighted to announce that Morgan Kai Group Ltd has been acquired by Ideagen Plc, a market leading provider of quality, safety, audit, performance and risk management software.
The acquisition was announced on Friday, September 28 th .
Ideagen is based in the UK and has operations in Europe, the United States, Middle East and Southeast Asia.
With an excellent portfolio of software products, Ideagen helps the world's leading brands to improve
operational efficiency, strengthen compliance and oversight and anticipate and manage every detail of risk.
Ideagen has a customer base of more than 4,700 organisations including global brands such as British
Airways, the US Navy, BAE Systems, Emirates and the European Central Bank.
This acquisition strengthens Morgan Kai Group’s current operations while providing us with the infrastructure
and platform for further growth and product development, enabling us to continue improving and enhancing
our product offering.
