Q-Pulse Enterprise gives Alexander Dennis Ltd supplier performance KPIs and helps instil joined up BMS strategy
Working with their new Enterprise product, ADL quickly started to see real benefit – such as a central repository for all Supplier issues on a Group wide basis in a dedicated Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Database. This meant that – for the first time – a common approach was applied to the ADL supply base in both the notification and resolution of supplier related quality issues.
