5 Ways Q-Pulse Law Makes Your Job Easier

As a Q-Pulse customer, you’ll already be familiar with the software as a Quality Management System. Q-Pulse Law originated as part of Q-Pulse EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) to help people manage legal requirements and compliance within their organisation.

We realised how much value there was in this Q-Pulse module and decided to release it as a stand-alone product which could work alongside Q-Pulse QMS or on its own. If you’re new to Q-Pulse Law, here are 5 ways it can make your life at work easier:

  1. Find the legislation you need

This means the software identifies the regulations and legislation that you need to comply with so that you don’t have to go out and search for it yourself.

  1. Makes a summary of each legislation

This is one aspect which has made a huge difference to customers already. Rather than spending time reading and trying to understand the gist of a complicated piece of legislation, Q-Pulse Law summaries it to tell you what you actually need to know.

  1. Discover how compliant your organisation is

Once the relevant regulations and laws have been discovered, you’ll then be able to see if there are any gaps in your compliance. Before you let this worry you, this brings us to the next step…

  1. Creates a checklist of actions

Once the software has identified and summarised your legislation, it translates this into a checklist so you can see what needs to be done as a result. Again, a massive time saver as it means you don’t have to translate the information into workable actions. This is then distributed to the relevant people to complete.

  1. Show organisation-wide compliance

After going through these steps, you’ll have continued visibility of compliance throughout your company; with colour-coded checklists, a bank of summarised legal content and quarterly updates to let you know about any changes to legislation. This means you’ll always be on top of things and have confidence that your organisation is compliant with the law and regulatory standards.
