Q-Pulse App Android Update

We recently pushed out a new update to the Mobile App on Android and iOS.

This update was intended to improve performance across the Application as well as fix some defects that had previously been identified. However, it has come to our attention after release that in the case of the Android Application this has had the opposite effect on performance.

To minimise the impact to our customer base we have taken the decision to remove the Application from the Google Play Store for the time being.

If you have recently upgraded your Android Application to Version 2.3.2.9, please click here to read our guidance on how to remove this version and reinstall the previous release.

Our Development Team have made this a priority and are currently reviewing everything in order to determine when a likely fix is identified.
