New version release - Pentana Audit v5.4

The latest update to Pentana Audit has arrived and brings with it some major new features dedicated to improving your product experience.

Linked Controls

Controls can now be linked to more than one Risk within the Library, Entity, and Audit, within a single Process. This means that there is a single record of that Control, which can be edited or assessed seamlessly.

Local Matrix Configuration

It is now possible to have different Risk and Control matrix sizes and configurations for different levels of the Organisation Structure, allowing for more in-depth Charting and Analysis at either the Local or Group levels.

Check Out & Check In

“Check In”, “Check Out” and “Undo Check Out” have been redesigned to be more efficient. Quick filters have been added to “Check In” and “Check Out”, such as My Open Items and Completed Items.

Retain Integration

Audit planning has been improved, with changes being made in the Retain app reflected in Pentana Audit, and vice versa.

Dashboards

Improved Dashboards means that Aggregation Grid tiles can now be configured, allowing the user to create tiles of their own design.

Time Sheets

Users can now export Time Sheet data to Excel, with additional improvements such as a Filter Bar to help find specific Audits, the ability to copy previous Audits and Tasks from prior Time Sheets to the current one, and a Show/Hide Closed Time Sheet Periods toggle switch.
