New improvements to the Q-Pulse app
Despite the current pandemic, we’re continuing to make Q-Pulse better – making it faster, fresher and simpler – so that your critical systems have the consistency and continuity they need in these uncertain times.
What does this mean for me?
Some of the recent improvements that we’ve made to Q-Pulse have been in our mobile app, in order to give you the best experience possible in terms of mobile performance.
For Android users, the Q-Pulse mobile app now supports Android 10. This means that if you’re using the app on a device running Android 10, you can now add attachments to reports from your device’s camera.
A few customers have reported an issue in which the app failed to download items associated with a document while syncing. If you’ve experienced this problem, we’ve now resolved it.
You can now download audits more quickly on the app.
