Horizons is our annual, customer exclusive event. It gives you the chance to hear from product experts, learn something new and be the first to discover what’s coming next. Aside from this, we treat you to a gala dinner at the end of day one.

Overview

Masterclasses will demonstrate new features and you’ll also discover what it takes to be a product manager and the input our customers have on shaping our software.

Q-Pulse

We’ll begin with a live demonstration of the newly released Q-Pulse 7. You’ll also get to hear about Q-Pulse Product Management and where it fits into the future of inspection planning and product validation features. The customer clinic is your time for raising questions or problems; helping you to use Q-Pulse to its full potential.

The product masterclass is all about using the CA/PA module for incident management. You’ll learn how to manage incidents more efficiently and how this process feeds into the other Q-Pulse modules.

PleaseReview

In the PleaseReview sessions you’ll get an overview of the new features we have introduced to the product this year including review cloning, review templates and review metrics. Find out how you can make use of these new features as part of your document workflows. Discover how to embed the product into your workplace as other customers share their experiences, tips and hints to allow you to gain the maximum value from it.

Pentana

The Product Experience will have a masterclass on the power of charts and showcase some other new features to help you get the most out of Pentana Risk. Find out what’s coming up for Pentana Audit and MK Insights; with masterclasses on using Pentana Audit within action tracking and the web UI, a chance to add depth to your current usage of the software.
