Customer Support Ticketing System Down

Our customer support team have reported a fault with the ticketing system which is causing delays in being able to respond to queries.
This may also affect your ability to log in to the customer portal.
We’re working on fixing this issue, so please bear with us while we look into the fault and resolve the problem. As soon as our ticketing system is back up and running, our support agents will respond to any live tickets as soon as possible.
