In June 2019, Ideagen Plc acquired Redland Business Solution Ltd and since then we have been working to fully integrate the business and their product ‘Insight’ into Ideagen. We are now delighted to announce that Redland Insight is joining the Pentana suite as Pentana Compliance alongside our market leading Audit and Risk software.
Why have we decided to re-brand?
The acquisition of Redland and its award winning ‘Insight’ product was part of a strategic plan for Ideagen. In acquiring a leading choice for financial service firms looking for a compliance solution that offers them peace of mind in Training & Competency and SM&CR, we have also acquired a set of solutions that complement our existing Pentana products.
By incorporating Redland, now Pentana Compliance, into Ideagen’s Pentana suite of solutions, we are driving towards a suite that can offer an end to end package including audit and risk management and regulatory compliance that can deliver effective business assurance. This promotes the opportunity for proactive management of accountability and competency in the pursuit of operational excellence for the financial services market.
